Day Care Services
Under our Day Care services, which consist of Maintenance and Dementia Day Care, we offer a variety of programmes.
Seniors can participate in activities they enjoy and spend quality time at the centre.
Active Ageing Programme
Our Active Ageing Programme is customised for communities in different neighbourhoods. We offer a variety of interesting and unique activities to help seniors spend their days meaningfully, according to each person’s needs.
Active Rehabilitation
Our active rehabilitation programmes are individualised and based on client’s and/or caregiver’s needs and goals.
Maintenance Rehabilitation
Our maintenance rehabilitation programmes are designed to maintain abilities and prevent further decline.

Our fun and energetic active ageing team is here to support seniors in staying healthy, active, and socially connected within the society for as long as possible.

Caregiver Education and Support
We started our Virtual Caregiver Education series in 2021 to provide caregivers with the knowledge and skills they need to care for their loved ones.
Our in-house therapists work closely with experts from leading hospitals and educational institutions to provide insights to in-demand topics such as Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, Osteoporosis and Bone Health, Diabetes, Stroke and more.

PCF Sparkle Care adopts the basic operating principles of Person-Centred Care [PCC] to deliver high quality services. We cater to the various needs of clients through a Multidisciplinary Care Team.
